You may write to us requesting legal assistance. In your letter please include your name, mailing address, phone number, the best time to reach you on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, and a brief description of your legal problem. Please do not include any legal documents.

Also please note whether it is safe to write to you at your mailing address and if it is safe to leave a message at the phone number you provide.

Walk-In Clinics

Come to one of the following District Courts for our Courthouse
Assistance Project (CHAP) where volunteer attorneys will provide you with advice and assistance on family law matters. Family law matters include: divorce, parental rights and responsibilities, and modification, enforcement or contempt actions of final divorce or PR&R orders.

Assistance provided by volunteer attorneys is limited to brief consultations at the walk-in clinics.
